Terms of Service

The service

Faster Flow turns your speech into text on your own computer and types it into the app you are using. It runs on Windows and on Linux with GNOME on Wayland. Transcription happens on your computer, but the app needs an internet connection to check your plan and count your words.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure, as it is the key to your plan.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Faster Flow.
• Only connect computers you use. Each plan allows a set number of computers.

Plans and limits

Every account includes the Free plan. Paid plans raise the weekly word allowance, and some also allow longer recordings, more computers and more speech models. The current limits of every plan are listed on the pricing page.

• A word is any word Faster Flow types for you. Weekly limits reset every seven days.
• When you reach your weekly limit, dictation pauses until the week resets.
• We may change plans and limits for new purchases. A plan you have already paid for keeps its limits until it ends.

Payments

• Prices are in Indian rupees and are paid through Cashfree Payments by UPI, card or net banking.
• You pay once for a month or a year. Plans do not renew automatically.
• Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is nothing to ship; everything is delivered to your account and the app.
• Renewing the same plan adds the new period after your current one ends.
• Upgrading replaces your current plan straight away. Days left on the old plan are not carried over.
• Moving to a smaller plan is possible once your current plan ends.
• When a paid plan ends, your account moves back to the Free plan.

Refunds

Payments are final and are not refunded. The Free plan lets you try Faster Flow on your own computer before you pay, so please make sure it works for you first.

If you were charged twice for the same order, or money left your account but your plan did not start, write to imbuesoftworld@gmail.com with your order ID and we will sort it out.

Fair use

Please do not:

• Share, resell or rent out your account or plan.
• Get around word, recording, computer or model limits, or tamper with how usage is counted.
• Copy, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
• Use Faster Flow for anything unlawful or to harm others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your content

What you dictate is yours. It stays on your computer and we never receive it. You are responsible for checking the text before you send or publish it, as speech recognition can make mistakes.

Speech models

The speech models are open models downloaded from Hugging Face and remain under their own licences. Faster Flow does not guarantee perfect accuracy for any model, language or voice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Faster Flow running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Liability

Faster Flow is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Imbuesoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Faster Flow at any time and ask us to delete your account. Unused time on a paid plan is not refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
