Who we are

The Faster Flow website and desktop app are operated by Imbuesoft (imbuesoft.com), based in India. For anything about your data, write to imbuesoftworld@gmail.com. Our contact person is Prakash Gujarati.

What we never collect

• Your voice. Recordings are turned into text by a speech model running on your computer. Audio is never uploaded.
• Your words. The text you dictate is typed into your apps and never sent to us.
• Your Google password, or your card, UPI or bank details.

What we collect

• Account details from Google: your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID, when you sign in.
• Your computers: the name of each computer you connect, its operating system, an ID the app creates, and when it was last used, so you can see and remove them from your account.
• Usage numbers: for each dictation, how many words were typed, how long the recording was and when it happened, plus your time zone. This is how weekly limits and your stats work.
• Payments: your mobile number, the plan you bought, the amount, the payment method type and whether the payment succeeded.

What stays on your computer

The app keeps your recent dictations, including their text, in a file on your computer so you can look back at them and see your stats. It is never uploaded. You can clear it from the app at any time, and it is removed when a different account signs in. Downloaded speech models and your settings also stay on your computer.

How we use it

• To sign you in and connect your computers.
• To apply your plan: weekly words, recording length, computers and models.
• To take payments and show your payment history.
• To reply when you contact us.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use analytics or advertising trackers.

Services we rely on

• Google Firebase handles sign in with your Google account.
• Cashfree Payments processes payments. Your payment details go to Cashfree, not to us.
• Hugging Face hosts the speech models. The app downloads them from there, so your computer connects to Hugging Face when you download a model.

Each of these follows its own privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

The website stores your sign in in your browser so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, computers and usage for as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted.

Your choices and rights

• See your plan, computers, usage and payments on your account page.
• Sign a computer out at any time from your account page.
• Clear your dictation history in the app.
• Ask us to correct your data, send you a copy, or delete your account by writing to imbuesoftworld@gmail.com.

Children

Faster Flow is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will let you know by email or in the app.
